William is a multidisciplinary artist and designer based in London, with an underlying passion for sound. Working across photography, illustration, and online radio, he contributes actively to East London's audiophile and music communities.
William completed his tertiary education with dual master's degrees in Architecture and Design at the University of South Australia. He went on to work as assistant to architectural photographer Sam Noonan, before joining Matthews Architects as a Graduate of Architecture. During this period, he developed his skills as a photographer, and went on to publish and exhibit True Colour — a collaborative photographic book produced alongside four South Australian photographers.
To further explore his relationship with sound and design, he moved to London in 2023, joining the Brilliant Corners group and working across the hospitality and music sectors. This included documenting Japanese restaurant and jazz bar "mu" and soundsystem party Giant Steps, before going on to manage natural wine shop Idle Moments, which held a partnership with Tokyo's Vinyl Delivery Service.
In 2024, William co-founded NoNations Studio, an international online music channel connecting music communities between London and Tokyo. Recorded and filmed in his East London flat, the project hosts intimate listening sessions where selectors perform vinyl mixes. The channel became sponsored by Audio-Technica in April 2026, and continues to explore how good sound can enrich the lives of everyday people.
Alongside this, William collaborates on community-focused projects with labels including Time Capsule Sounds and Jazzy Sport London, and continues to explore the relationship between design, sound, and social space through photography, broadcasting, and cultural projects.
